Marketplace & Vendor Policy

1. Vendor Eligibility

To list products on Nsikacart, Vendors must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide valid contact information, including a working phone number.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

2. Listing Standards

All listings must be accurate, clear, and honest. Vendors agree to:

• Accurate Descriptions: Clearly state the condition, features, and any defects of the item.
• Honest Pricing: Listing prices should be realistic and reflect the actual expected price.
• Quality Images: Use high-quality, original photos of the actual item being sold. Stock images are discouraged.
• Correct Categorization: Place items in the most relevant category and subcategory.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed on Nsikacart:

• Illegal substances, drugs, and drug paraphernalia.
• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
• Counterfeit goods or unauthorized copies of copyrighted materials.
• Stolen property.
• Adult content or services.
• Regulated items (e.g., tobacco, prescription medicine).
• Endangered species or animal parts.

4. Communication, Transactions & Consented Leads

Vendors are responsible for responding to buyer inquiries in a timely and polite manner. When buyers wishlist your products and grant explicit contact consent ("Let seller contact me"), you may receive notification leads. Vendors must strictly adhere to the following rules:

• Consented Leads Only: You may only reach out regarding the specific saved item. Never use buyer contact details for unsolicited promotions, marketing broadcasts, or unrelated offers.
• Zero Redistribution: Selling, sharing, or publishing buyer phone numbers or email addresses is strictly illegal and prohibited.
• Cease on Request: If a buyer asks you to stop contacting them or revokes their consent, you must immediately cease all communications.
• Clear Terms: Always communicate clearly about payment methods and delivery arrangements without pressuring the buyer.

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

Nsikacart monitors listings and communication integrity for compliance. We reserve the right to:

• Remove any listing that violates this Policy or our Terms & Conditions.
• Automatically disable lead notification emails and suspend accounts if a vendor accumulates 3 valid buyer abuse reports.
• Suspend or ban Vendors who engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a listing or Vendor that violates this Policy, please use the "Report" feature on the listing or contact us at support@nsikacart.com.
